At Samsung Electronics Australia, I play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the digital presence of the www.samsung.com/au/ website. My responsibilities include updating weekly promotions, overseeing seasonal sales events like Black Friday and Boxing Day, and ensuring seamless site maintenance to drive customer engagement. I have successfully coordinated flagship mobile phone launches (Galaxy S24 Series, Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6), including content updates, localisation and in-person meetings under NDA to ensure smooth rollouts. Additionally, I’ve led end-to-end product launches for devices such as the new Galaxy Ring, managing timely 3AM Australian Time go-lives to align with global schedules while optimising customer experience.
I collaborate with the Cheil agency frequently to negotiate and manage creative asset delivery, coordinate important timelines, and support key campaigns. I also contribute to the on-going major web UX redesigns on the Samsung Website, transforming pages to new styles for enhanced mobile optimization and user experience. Leveraging insights from focus groups we oversaw, we were able to implement improvements based on consumer feedback, ensuring the site stays relevant and engaging within the highly competitive space.
In this role, I have also produced creative assets to elevate the visual appeal and user experience across all touchpoints, I have assisted managing content for the Samsung Shop App and B2B sites to ensure weekly promotions align with online offerings and championed SEO initiatives that delivered improved campaign performances year-over-year.
