Starting as a Junior Digital Content Coordinator and now a Digital Content Producer, at JEG Systems (Jaycar Electronics / RTM / Electus Distribution / Burnsco), I have gained extensive experience in designing and distributing marketing material, using HTML, CSS, SFMC, Hybris, Web, and App design stringency.

In my role, I have designed and audience-targeted over $50k in paid social ads through Meta's Adsmanager, leading to 10,000+ purchases and 1,000,000+ interactions between the JEG 4 businesses. Some of these campaigns had a ROAS of over 20, with a $10k budget. I have also been responsible for copy and content-writing and editing for the businesses social channels, web, and more.

Additionally, I have been responsible for forecasting product inventory across 200+ stores in Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands, to deliver timely, relevant, and targeted marketing content to customers.

I have also recently created and sent over 100 Members Offers, which has led to a 25% increase in new membership over six months. One of my most significant accomplishments in this role was successfully introducing the use of AI for advertisement targeting, copy and content, future projections, and more.
